Middle School Orchestra Debut

USD 232 Launches New Orchestra Program

A couple of weeks ago, USD 232 celebrated a historic moment with the inaugural performance of the new middle school orchestra program. This memorable concert featured talented student musicians from Lexington Trails Middle School, Monticello Trails Middle School, and Mill Creek Middle School, along with six exceptional high school performers as part of the district-wide camerata.

The performance was a powerful reminder of what students can accomplish when provided with opportunities to shine. As USD 232 continues to expand fine arts offerings, we are thrilled to be laying the foundation for a thriving orchestra program across our secondary schools.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire USD 232 community for supporting our students and the arts. This is just the beginning!
