MCMS STUCO
The Mill Creek Middle School Student Council is available for students in grades 6-8. Student Council is the student government of Mill Creek. Students who are interested can join the club to participate in student lead activities with community service, school fundraisers, school activities, concessions, etc. The Mill Creek Student Council is a very visible group within our school.
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and committed middle school students to join the Student Council this year. Qualities necessary for any member on the student council are:
- Leadership Skills - are you willing to lead committees and be a representative for your class?
- Creative - are you able to think of new and exciting activities and fundraisers for the student council?
- Communicative - are you able to share new ideas with other council members, your class and all of the middle school student body?
- Team Player - you could be working with a team to generate ideas and organize events for the student council.
- Responsibility - you may be responsible for running activities throughout the school and you must be reliable.
- Commitment - this is a year long activity and if you volunteer now, you will be expected to come to all meetings. Meetings will be held during Seminar, yet some activities and events will be taking place after school.
